General
Please
make us aware of any gift certificates or any other promotional
coupons upon booking at the salon/spa. Discount certificates may not
be used on holidays or in conjunction with other discounts,
promotions or spa packages.
A credit
card and a deposit of half are required upon booking all spa
packages, group and bridal/special occasion services.
If you
must cancel, please respect your service provider's time and do so
10 days prior to your services. Fees may also be deducted from gift
card balances for cancellations without proper notice.
Brides
Thank you
for taking the time to review our policies that we believe will make
everyone’s day more enjoyable! We have a 10 day cancellation policy.
Please turn cell phones off or on vibrate upon arrival; it is very
distracting and could affect your services.
Please
note, we do not allow alcoholic beverages in the Salon or the Spa.
We will provide you with our comforting AVEDA tea or ice water.
Brides please bring only one guest; it will allow a more pleasurable
salon/spa experience and we want you to be comfortable on your
wedding day.
Your hair
should already be clean and dry when you arrive. If we have to
shampoo or blow dry your hair there will be an additional charge.
Make sure you remember your tiara or veil and your stylist will be
happy to place them for you. There may be an additional charge
depending upon the difficulty of placing the piece; this is
ultimately up to your stylist. Make sure you are wearing a button or
zip up shirt. There may be additional charges that are not reflected
in the quote. The quote is just estimate and ultimately up to your
stylist.
Finally,
please allow plenty of travel time, to make sure you are on time for
your appointment so you won’t loose out on any of your services or
deposit. We anticipate a very blessed day and wish you and your
loved one a blessed life together!

refunds on services after you leave the salon.
